Please fax your resale certificate to 570.409.0197, and please register prior to placing an order.


Sales Tax

A sales tax of 6% is automatically applied to orders shipped to PA residents. Trade members must fax their resale certificate to eliminate the sales tax requirement. The fax number is 570.409.0197.


Order Status

We will send an order confirmation and updates regarding the status of your order including when your item(s) ship to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.


Order Cancellation

Yes, you can change or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, there is a very small window of time to do so. We start order processing within 24 hours of receipt so you must cancel or make changes before we process your order. Once an order has been processed it is too late to cancel or change it. Please call a customer care representative ASAP if you would like to change or cancel your order at 866.409.0710 or email us at info@latiendausa.com. We will email you an order cancellation. If you do not receive an email confirming your order cancellation, your order is not cancelled.


Delivery Of Your Order

Due to our work schedule, delivery could be in 4 to 6 weeks.  We will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.

Our artist's work is carefully packed to ensure you receive it in perfect condition. If there are any puncture marks or crushed areas, please open the box to make sure there was no damage in transit.


Returns

Because each piece is handcrafted according to our customer's specifications, we only accept returns if the item(s) is damaged. We ask that you contact us immediately if you must return an item so we can arrange a Federal Express pickup date.  Please include a copy of the invoice with the return to properly identify the returned item.  When we receive the return, we will notify you that a credit has been issued.
